NaPoWriMo Day Twenty-Two: Joy of Spring
Body consumed
green goo clogging
breathing becomes difficult
fever rages
chest rattles
pain in throat
making consciousness
unbearable
I did manage to spray lemon juice in my eyes during a coughing fit last night. The searing pain did distract from the cough. I wouldn't recommend it though.
Oh no, Susie! I hope that you are okay and that it's not asthma. Although that does remind me of a Radiolab story where this guy gave himself hookworm on purpose to try to alleviate his asthma and allergy symptoms. Sorry, my mind goes weird places.
Ah, the sights, sounds and smells of spring. :o(
